With over 3 decades of international real estate and property experience, John has developed great insight into property trends.

Taryn Callanan-McGregor oversees the administration, marketing, sales and financial management of the Tareeda Properties group of companies.

Chris has been involved in the land development industry for 20 years and has extensive experience in urban, commercial, industrial and tourism developments. Chris manages the entire Tareeda Properties development portfolio.

Theresa Condon – Financial Controller

Theresa’s key responsibilities are the management of administration & control of financial information/records for the Tareeda Properties Group.

Theresa has extensive experience in bookkeeping (Quicken & MYOB), office systems, administration management & IT within a variety of business sectors.

Areas of responsibility include all aspects of accounts & bookkeeping, reporting, property settlements, property management, insurance, BAS reconciliation & lodgement, management of quicken data files, electronic banking, administration recruitment & training, end of financial year reconciliation, liaison with ATO & accountants.

Keeping the office administrative systems running smoothly & effectively is a priority to ensure the most up to date, correct information is always available & ensure the Tareeda Properties Group is managed efficiently.

Debbie Johnson – Accounts & Administration Assistant

Debbie has had over 13 years experience working as an accounts administrator (Quicken) & manager within small businesses on the North Coast. She is the office all rounder, PA and accounts assistant to Theresa. Her background includes tourism, marketing & office administration making her an effective and valuable employee.

Dan Mahoney – General Manager

Dan has 8 years experience with Tareeda and runs the office in Victoria.

Dan is also in charge of Storage King Geelong. He holds an agents representative certificate and is completing a double degree in Marketing & Human Resources.

Mike supports Dan in the running of Storage King Geelong. He is responsible for sales, accounts, debt recovery and general maintenance of the site.
