New Land release in Ocean Grove

Tareeda Properties has released the latest stage of land in The Parks Estate in Ocean Grove. The success of the estate is shown by the speed at which new land released is snapped up by the buyers.

Stage 19 is located on Walyunga mews and of the 10 lots planned only 5 are left for sale. The first home buyers grant has been a strong advocate for new buyers entering in to the market within our estate and small lots such as these in stage 19 are of short supply

April Update

April has been a very busy month, with yet again record sales in Victoria stimulated by the first homes buyers grant. Sales have been so strong that we are looking to new land parcels for more stock. If anyone has land for sale or is interested in a joint venture we are more than happy to discuss.

New South Wales is progressing well with unit sales increasing and the land looking ready to build on. The Aquarius Village in Nimbin works are well underway and we are expecting titles to be early in the new financial year.

In Queensland, Armstong Beach is now ready for sale. Titles will be issued soon and we are currently offering to pay for septic works up to the value of $12,000! Chris Hill is working hard to finalise stage 2 engineering and survey plan for the Emerald Gardens Estate in Laidley while stage 1 already has buildings going up.

Everyone here at Tareeda Properties sends their sympathies and thoughts to all affected by the terrible fires throughout the state. We want to congratulate the firefighters that risk their lives to help others, and the accidental heroes, the everyday people untrained to deal with such devastation and who not only risked their homes but their lives to help others in this time of need.

The Heat is on and February is looking HOT HOT HOT

Searing heat in Victoria is reflective of the market. Our projects have again been selling red hot with sales above the yearly average and with the continued relieve in interest rates we expect sales to keep going. The downside is our projects are starting to near their completion with Sunset Views Estate down to the last lots available. There is no more to be released and we urge buyers to get in and cement their ownership of this affordable land before it is too late.

In Ocean Grove we also have limited land to be released and limited titles currently on the market. The estate has been so well received over the years we will be sad to see the final stages completed. If you haven’t seen the estate you are missing out on seeing a great community with access to meet all needs, whether walking to the shops or just around the public parks. We are always on the look out for new projects in the area to continue as we have enjoyed our long affiliation with the Victorian region.

Other news in NSW we are happy to release our latest land in Nimbin, The Aquarius Estate has been a long dream of many and under our wings for the last few years, it has been a long road to tread but the results will be worth all the time. Nimbin village has had limited land available to build dream houses on and with this estate we will be bringing the greater community better choice of lifestyle and hope to draw more individuals to the area. Everyone in the area please keep an eye out as construction is starting and pre-sales are now available on the first release.

With summer here recent activity has sored in the Victorian region with buyers keen to secure a property and many first home buyers utilising the $29,000 grant.
